QUEEN
ELIZABETH ROOM
The
room has antique walnut furniture which includes a iron frame queen
size bed. A captain’s table and Victorian loveseat are apart of the
past. On the closet door hangs a child’s slip and the room has much
memorabilia items. Colors in this room are yellow, and blue with
matching curtains and bedspread.
QUEEN ALEXANDRIA ROOM
Decorated in mauve and blue this room offers walnut Victorian
furniture and a queen size bed. Two wing chairs are available and a
Victorian evening gown is on display. On the dresser are perfume
bottles and next to a chair is an old hatbox. A fringed nightlight is
on the nightstand. |

FIREPLACE SITTING AREA
In the late afternoon guests are invited to enjoy the downstairs
sitting area. You may select a video, and enjoy complimentary tea ,
coffee, or soft drink. There are games, reading material, and
conversation in a pleasant setting. A fireplace warms a cold evening
in winter. |
QUEEN ANNE ROOM
Features are an antique queen sized 4 poster bedroom suite with
private bath down the hall. The room is decorated with white lace and
burgundy. Hat boxes, vintage wedding gown, and parasal are part of the
décor. There are 2 large burgundy queen anne chairs for your comfort. |
QUEEN VICTORIA ROOM
You will wake up to warm sunshine coming thru the white lace curtains.
The wallpaper consists of small red roses on a white background. A
roll back chair, and a floral tapestry bench and 2 twin beds are
offered. This room can accommodate one or two persons. |
GROUND FLOOR
GARDEN ROOM SUITE
Located on the main floor and overlooking the yard is the Garden
Suite. Relax quietly in your room which consists of a queen size bed,
TV, two blue swivel chairs, and a private bathroom. Fresh flowers and
sweet chocolates awaits your arrival. A two day in advance reservation
is needed for this room. |
GARAGE
Storage for your bicycle, motorcycles and antique car while you
stay.

checks. In order to receive a full refund, a fourteen day notice of
cancellation is required. We are sorry, but we are not handicap
accessible. Four of our guest rooms are on the second floor and on the
first (The Garden Suite). The "Owl Nest" is a non-smoking, non-alcohol
facility and does not allow pets. Central-air comfort. Gift certificates are available. |

second floor guest rooms. The beautiful carved staircase leads to 4
guest rooms named after Queens and decorated in the same elegance.
Nestled in Rockville’s Historic District and home of 32 covered
bridges. Our beautiful gardens, shrubs, and magnolia tree compliment
this regal home. A shady cottage garden stroll consists of an old
fashion swing, lawn chairs, and bird bath . A place to sit with an
early cup of coffee and watch the birds, doves, and butterflies that
call this there home.
